I. General Terms and Conditions (T&C)

2. Scope and Purpose of the Service
Synco CRM is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for customer relationship management. The service is provided to users within the European Economic Area (EEA), specifically in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, and Austria.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments are accepted in CZK and EUR.
- The provider is not a VAT payer in the Czech Republic. For cross-border B2B transactions within the EU, applicable regulations (reverse charge) apply.
- The service is paid as a subscription.
4. Technical Infrastructure and Security
- Data Localization: All data is stored exclusively on servers within the EU (VPS by WEDOS Internet, a.s., Czech Republic).
- Security: The database is protected against unauthorized access using modern encryption methods and firewalls.
- Availability: The provider aims for a target availability of 99.5% per year.
5. Dispute Resolution
The contractual relationship is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
II. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
1. Compliance
Data processing is conducted in full compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
2. Roles in Data Processing
- Data Controller: The Provider (Václav Kozelka) regarding user registration and billing data.
- Data Processor: The Provider regarding data that the user enters into the system about their own clients.
3. Your Rights
As a data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, and data portability.
